She spends too much time on social media...the highs and the lows...the negative...the positive...they effect her deeply and bleed into her real life...an introvert by nature...face-to-face takes energy that she sometimes doesn’t have to give...she works hard to remind herself that real life people need real life connection...so she says “yes,” as much as she can...she “stays” instead of leaving...but sometimes...she retreats and heads back to the fog of social media...
